The kids and families we attempt to serve are dealing with a terminally ill child and/or undergoing intense medical treatment at a medical facility more than 150 miles from home.

 

You will have to submit a 100-200 word bio* (no last names please) that tells us a little about the child we can help.  The bio, along with a photo, will be given to the group or company which provided the hotel room and may also appear on this website.

 

(We will edit and do the photo mockup for you —keeping it as easy as we can for you)

 

* The bio you submit should be something you are comfortable sharing with the world.  We do not have a HIPAA privacy statement other then you are only ever giving us information you do not mind being shared with the general public.  We have no obligation to protect that information you provide as outlined in the act, and the information will be freely shared as needed during our normal business practices of providing free rooms to sick children and their families.
